    Account Executive (Batu Pahat, Johor)

    • At least LCCI/ Diploma in accounting or higher.
    • At least 3 years working experience in related field.
    • To handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
    • To prepare and monitor financial activities (AR&AP) of the company.
    • To handle and timely submission for SST /GST.
    • To liaise with auditors, bankers and government authority.
    • To prepare and handle year end audit and taxation matter.
    • To assist in all aspect of accounting functions and ad-hoc assignment.
    • Preferences will be given to candidate who can understand & write Chinese.
    • Proficient in Mircosoft Excel.

     

    Finance Asst./ Executive (Batu Pahat, Johor) 

    • At least LCCI/ Diploma in accounting or higher.
    • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
    • To handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.
    • To filling & sorting of documents.
    • To verify invoice, petty cash and monthly utilities bill.
    • To handle & monitor cheque payment, aging report & bank reconciliation.
    • To liaise with auditors, bankers and government authority.
    • To assist Department Manager /Manager in all the aspect of accounting function and banking transaction.
    • Preferences will be given to candidate who can understand & write Chinese.
    • Proficient in Mircosoft Excel & Power Point.

    • Must possess at least SPM level and above with 3 years working experience.
